Tayma Housing and Infrastructure Project. (400 million Saudi Riyal project)
· Involved in a 756 housing unit and Infrastructure construction for Saudi Arabian government, city
council
· Responsible for 150 villa construction from substructure to superstructure
· Responsible for Co-ordination in between all departments, such as Structural, Architectural,
Mechanical and electrical.
· Co-ordination with head office for deliveries for the materials
· Dealing site related problems with consultants and solving along with them
· Have an ability to work under pressure
· In addition to that I have been working as a zone manager for infrastructure work
· Based on the construction, responsible for roads, bedding, backfilling, storm and sewer GRP pipe
line laying, Manholes reinforcing as well as concreting, Substation sub structure and water retaining
structure construction.
· Have finished 12 km storm pipes and 12 km sewer pipes
· Produced monthly report on construction and get approval from project manager and the main head
office authorities for project process on the project.
· Liaising with sub-contractors and their machineries such as breaks, excavators, cranes, bulldozer
etc.
Construction manager for vocational training institute project provider for women, in Al riyadh city.
Cost of this project is 30 million riyals
· Responsible for all site management with all relevant departments
· Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Architectural and Electrical, I made coordination with all the relevant
departments to finish work on time
· Prepared and scheduled the project prospects and completed duties within preplanned time which
was allocated by the authorities.
· Responsible for more than 85 labourers, 5 engineers and a surveyor for infrastructure and housing,
as for, to complete the scheduled task on time.
· Have involved in concrete and steel designed buildings (Using I beams Frame Work and concrete
construction) Such as 5 Workshops, administration building, store building, cafeteria Building, 6
water tanks, High raised water tank, mosque and finally ended with Fence around the construction
area.
· Responsible for all finishing works such as plastering, Painting, Tile Work, Walkway Construction
and Asphalt laying on roads.
· Responsible completed infra works such as sewage and portable water, Electrical line, Irrigation,
data network and firefighting networks
Construction of villas to khalda petroleum company
· I was working as a Civil Engineer, in a service company for Khalda petroleum company
· Involved in a 12 Villa, cafeteria, Mosque, and Dinning, construction for khalda petroleum company,
Egypt.
· Responsible of Concrete construction of residential villas from start to finish which is from
foundation to roof top, including finishing works all items and for general site.
· Responsible for constructing API separator tank to separate oil from water
· Responsible for constructing sewage treatment plant for Metito company
· Responsible for constructing power house building
· Managing man power of 70 labourers and prepared them work schedules and over time
Project manager for vocational training institute project provider for men, in city. Cost of this project
is 40 million riyals
· Responsible for all Management site with all departments, which includes Civil, Structural,
Mechanical, Architectural and Electrical. In addition to that I have coordinated with all the relevant
departments to finish work on time
· Prepared and scheduled the project planning and executed works within allocated time which was
allocated by the responsible authorities.
· Responsible for more than 120 labourers, 5 engineers and a surveyor for infrastructure and housing,
as for, to complete the scheduled task on time.
