Administration
• Branch Incharge for IT operations, support, processes & systems and reporting to IT Group Head.
• Single Point of Contact for all escalations and technical requirements related to applications in the organization.
• Reviewing and evaluating performance of the team and give proper guidance.
• Kaizen Coordinator of the Company.
• Manage and maintain all essential servers, services: domain controller, Active directory. Connectivity, routers, switches, internet connections, Customized devices.
• Implementation, configuring and managing the ERP System.
• Ensuring the network stability and performance of existing Hardware by Periodic auditing.
• Ensure connectivity on each user’s system for email communication and related business applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve all problems encountered with connection, printer, hardware and software
• Builds and maintains vendor relationships and manages the purchase of hardware and software products.
Procurement / Maintenance of Hardware & Software
• Ensures the company assets are maintained properly, Keep Inventory of all hardware and software.
• Escalate requests to the Concern ventors, as needed. Replace or repair defective parts and equipment.
• Ensuring all software is properly licensed and up to date;
• Overseeing computer security and anti-virus updates.
• Installation and maintenance of Periodic Data Back-up systems, Ensuring data is backed up on a regular basis.
• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware and other peripheral equipment
• Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers and other authorized peripheral equipment
User Support
• Provide wide range of support directly and over telephone to more than 200 users (including IT and Non IT Users).
• Supported vastly different infrastructure and application environments in a 10x6/7 model
• Develop training modules and provide trainings for end users.
• Works with different business units to help implement Internal Systems.
• Interacts with internal departments on all levels to help resolve IT-related issues and provides answers in a timely manner.
• Co-ordination with users and process owners to identify opportunities of improvement.

• Published two Kaizen works in All India Toyota Magazine.
• Appreciation letter from Chairman & Managing Director for Best Kaizen.
