✓ Assists the Project Director in all operations related to the programme implementation.
✓ Is responsible for the development and implementation of a quality holistic education programme, which includes courses in English, Computer Skills, and Psycho-social Case Management,
✓ Ensures continuous training and coaching for the educational staff, with the support of the Regional Education Officer and Regional Advocacy and Protection Officer
✓ Uses effective educational skills in addition to needs assessment analysis to continuously improve courses to meet the needs of the students and the community,
✓ Develops a work timeline for the project professional & post-secondary courses.
✓ In collaboration with the project director, develops data base and keep it updated for the beneficiaries.
✓ Leads the teaching team in the development of contextualized and relevant curricula.
✓ Supervises and Support teachers in developing semester plans, lesson plans, teacher’s assessment/ performance and revise the worksheets/exams.
✓ Holds regular meetings with the teaching team to reflect on the progress of the overall programme, the challenges and the best practices.
✓ Monitors the project implementation data collection processes,
✓ Collaborate with the M&E Officer to ensure the achievement of objectives and outcomes according to the set indicators using well-defines quantitative and qualitative methods.
✓ Set up complain strategies.
✓ Support in the monthly report, including challenges and recommendations.
✓ Support in the donor reports which include sharing data and project information.
✓ Support administrators in the registration
✓ Oversees daily activities, including schedule and delivery of activities and case referrals.
✓ Follows up with beneficiaries and uses their feedback for the improvement of the programme.
✓ Support in the event coordination
in ministry of foreign affairs, included media sector, organization sector, and
bureau sector.
