Presenting and participating the planning with top management the main objectives, overall strategy and achievements for SAMSUNG’s sales in Jordan, Iraq and Lebanon on weekly basis.
Communicating with the top management through meetings and intelligible documents for analysis and trends based on analyzing the past period of SAMSUNG’s plans and sales.
Communicating with SAMSUNG Partners (Iraq, Jordan & Lebanon) on weekly basis for data sharing. (Customer Sales and Inventory Data Collection).
Running projects for data refining and data sharing along with the sales teams and management in order to enhance data integrity.
Managing a formal weekly meeting for SAMSUNG sales plans and forecasts for the upcoming period and highlighting major issues with the presence of SAMSUNG’s president, top management and sales team from Jordan, Iraq, and Lebanon.
Creating KPIs reports on weekly, monthly and yearly basis to review the performance of sales and sales employee, sharing with top management and HR.
Ensuring the proper channel mapping for data integrity.
Calculating and approving incentives for SAMSUNG partners.
Handling the management of SAMSUNG Systems: Global SCM Channel Management Master Data administration (Site Creation / Sites related updates) / EDI System to ensure proper analyzing and results.
