€ Working as a Resident Engineer with PARSONS International Ltd for Etihad Rail project UAE, since Nov 2011, overseeing the construction of 140km long railway corridor, comprising 74 million cum of earthwork and more than 120 structures including PSC Railway bridge, Road Over Bridges, Road Under Pass, utility crossings structures & culverts.
€ Worked in Dubai metro rail project with PARSONS for 3 years, Bangalore Metro Rail Project as Resident Engineer with RITES Ltd. for 2 ½ years, Delhi Metro Rail Project for 7 ½ years & Konkan Railway Project for 6 ½ years.
€ Experience in construction of Elevated railway corridor, Railway Bridges, Railway Tunnels, Metro station buildings, Commercial Complexes, Property Development works and Road works etc.
€ Well acquainted with execution, monitoring and control, contract administration, project planning & coordination. Familiar with specifications, estimation, rate analysis, billing, variations and settling claims of contractors. Conversant with safety standards and quality requirements.
€ Expertise in reviewing Method statements, Inspection Plans, project quality plan, material approvals etc.
€ Having good communication skill & coordination capability, established good relationship with contractors & Clients.
€ Professional Member of Royal Institution of Chartered surveyors (MRICS). Completed online Project Management programme of CMAA.
Overseeing execution of 5 Elevated Metro Station construction. Involves construction of Pile Foundations & Open Foundations for Station Viaduct Piers and Off road Station Building, Pile Caps, Piers, Cantilever Pier Arm/Diaphragm, PSC Girder casting, Stressing, grouting & erection, Deck slab, Structural steel fabrication & erection for Roof, Architectural finishes, Road works, Pile Load Tests, Geo technical investigation etc.
€ Project Management: Monitoring & ensuring the progress of five elevated Metro Stations (Two Packages) of Reach 4. Coordinating & correspondence with contractors & Clients, conducting Progress review meetings with contractors & Client. Achieving cost effective execution & timely delivery of the assigned job.
€ Contracts Management: Correspondence with contractors & Client as a part of contract management. Bills Certification, approval of Non tender Items, Variations, Rate analysis, . Reviewing Method statements, Specifications, material approval etc.

€ Reviewing alignment and Traffic diversion schemes, Executing Geo-technical investigation, Identification and finalising Utility diversion plan for Construction of Elevated metro corridor (VV- Jahangirpuri).
€ Execution of Building works such as Officers Residential quarters ( 5 & 7 Storied Buildings - 6 Blocks), ESIC Hospital building, Regional Transport Office, Four storied Commercial Complex building at Shahadara Metro Station ( Plinth area - 2000Sqm) & Three storied Shopping Complex near Dwaraka Metro Station ( Plinth area - 1600Sqm) etc.

Construction of Railway Tunnels of 2km long, retaining walls, Bridges, Earth work in Cutting & Embankment for 7KM at-grade section, Culverts etc.
€ Construction of Railway tunnels (executed departmentally) of 2km long hard rock tunnelling using hydraulic boomers & loaders without lining by controlled blasting and also tunnelling through soil by conventional Heading & Benching method with concrete lining. Cut and Cover, sheet piling, erection of steel arch ribs and concrete lining for Arch roof & side walls, Grouting, Rock bolting, Ballasting, Track laying and commissioning including all associated works. Completed 1.9 KM long Tunnel in 4 years without using TBM. Also constructed Cut & Cover tunnel, Retaining walls, approach Bridges etc.
€ Supervision of construction of Railway Bridges (RUB & ROB) having Pile foundations as well as open footings, Box culverts, Pipe culverts and Earth work in banking & in cutting for 7 km stretch.
€ Execution of construction works, monitoring the progress, resource management, assessing quantities, conducting quality control tests.
€ Estimation and billing, surveying, preparation of bar bending schedule, conducting quality control tests, coordinating with contractor etc.
