Responsibilities:
Implement Enterprise Risk Management Framework- Policy & Roll out the Enterprise Risk Management
framework across the firm & its Subsidiaries (including the International Branches)
Responsible for identifying, assessing, documenting, monitoring and reporting the credit, market and
operational risks in order to achieve the group strategic goals
Set up the strategic risk management vision and responsible for conducting the target
Country/Business sectors’ risk dynamics and producing relevant reports
Build Risk tools & processes and works closely with Business to drive risk informed decision making to
monitor & report risks
Review the risks and controls changes caused due to transformation initiatives especially Digital and
RPA initiatives and ensure necessary risk mitigations are in place before go live
Currently managing the controls project for AI/ML based automatic controls alert generation for critical
and sensitive controls in the bank
Responsible for conducting the Business Risk Management Committee meeting
Proactively engage with all Business Risk Champions to identify, analyze risk and monitor mitigation
plans. Works towards optimizing the risk exposures for the company & its subsidiaries.
Review implementation of mitigation plans and KRIs for risk identified and reported.
Conduct independent risk review of all business functions and issue report with the agreed gaps and
mitigation action plans and validate the closure actions
Supported Internal audit team in performing Operations and Technology audits as guest auditor
Co-ordinate Risk Management efforts with the 1 st LOD Functions like Group’s Internal Audit
Responsible for the production and implementation of the ICAAP and annual stress testing
Responsible for operational risk management areas such as KRI monitoring, Quarterly Operational risk
self- assessment, incident management, control testing, and challenging the business units based on the
relevancy of the assessment and evidences
Review policies and procedures of the business units to ensure the necessary risks and controls are
covered and process steps are adequately addressing the process gaps
Educate and train business risk champions in the risk management areas
Actively involved in the rollout of GRC-Archer Risk Management System migration from ARCLOGICS
Created Change management roadmap in line with the strategic initiatives training and orientation of employees
