Planning, creating and executing the corporate audit plans from region perspective
Conduct regional audits; prepare audit reports on adequacy and effectiveness for management review.
Handling and maintaining working relationship with external auditors
Ensure compliance to the corporate policies, procedures and guidelines and ensuring adherence to corporate security policy. Develop emergency response plan and incident response plan from regional perspective.
Maintain relationships with law enforcement and other regulatory agencies from region perspective.
Investigate security breaches and Implement disciplinary procedures. Conduct audits to find holes in security platform.
Develop risk management methodology and advise the management proactively on all security related issues
Branch benchmarking as per the assessment of its performance and compliance as per corporate standards.
Participation in annual leadership meet’s and presenting the regional performance i.e. compliance to local/ regional policies, procedures, laws, and regulations and performance parameters
Conduct training to new & existing employees on general operation, accounting, internal guidelines & RBI Guidelines.
Analyze business potential, conceptualize and execute innovative strategies to drive sales, augment turnover and achieve targets.
Instrumental in establishing new branches and meeting the target of INR 5 crore and INR 4 Crore monthly turnover for Nawanshahr Branch and Hosiarpur Branch respectively during its tenure

Monitor competitor activities and devise prompt effective counter measures.
Enable business growth by developing and managing a network of channel partners across assigned territories.
