Orders and receives all Biomedical Engineering Unit required spare parts, materials, vouchers, office supplies, and forms as issuance from Supply Chain Dept.
Analyzes item history to verify specific details, i.e. brand name, local/international source, price, etc.
Responsible for negotiating, tracking, and coordinating contracts between biomedical and companies.
Coordinates and revises the Biomedical Engineering Unit Manager or Senior Biomedical Engineer allocation of the necessary manpower to execute the PPM Plan.
Receives and handover the medical equipment in the Biomedical Engineering Unit from and to different DSFH Dept.
Acts as a “Store Keeper” for all Biomedical Engineering Unit general utilities and logistics.
Assists in monitoring and administering the dept. budget.
Handling all kinds of customers from different nationalities.

3- Confidently and calmly handle complaints by empathizing and providing solutions
Handling all secretarial duties scheduling appointments and meetings upon request and communicating with companies in regards.
Keeping the inventory database updated by receiving notifications from PC department on a daily basis.
Support and help PPM requisition and follow-up with the applicable company engineer and with the hospital Biomedical Engineer. Ensures that all incoming and outgoing communication is received and distributed to the appropriate individual.
Performs all non-technical activities which may include receiving materials/spare parts from the stock room.
Takes minutes and meeting attendance as requested.
Diploma in Logistics, Materials, and Procurement Management. Sponsored by the Entrepreneurship Association at King Saud University in Riyadh and accredited by Abha Chamber of Commerce. The diploma program is offered by MEC Consulting and Training Co. and Al-Bishi Management Consulting and Training Co.
