- Creating marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
- Monitor, review and report on marketing specialist activity and results.
- Assigning reports on a daily, monthly and quarterly basis regarding the overall performance.
- Achieving highest levels of co-ordination between different teams of all involved departments.
- Receiving opinions and suggestions from Sales Department on a daily and monthly basis, regarding upgrading and improving the ads content upon their direct contact with customers .
- Following customer satisfaction survey on different market segments using the database of the clients we have and piloting the update of our customer data.
- Following up with customers data gathered through ads and sales team to assure the quality of the service and the quick response from the sales representatives. As well assigning reports with the gathered results.
- Collecting architectural shots and designs from the engineering and architectural representatives for all current and previous projects to use them when needed .
