• Experienced Professional Oil & Gas Production Operations D.Head, more than 23 years of Production Operations and HSE Experience in a wide range of processing and operational facilities (in remote locations) in AFPC.
• 15 years working experience with Shell International Production & Exploration professionals, resulting in a comprehensive knowledge and expertise in HSE, Production issues and all aspect process operations, Maintain Asset Integrity of AFPC .
• Operations experience within onshore\ offshore oil and gas production, gas treatment, gas compression, water treatment and injection. Operation planning, Well testing
• Specialist skills in risk mitigation and quantitative risk assessment.
• Specialist skills in investigation, reporting and follow-up of incidents according to their potential.
• Skilled in working and supervising within a multi -cultural environment, achieving maximum team performance through team building, motivation and development techniques. Knowledge and experience in development of Company Procedures and Standards to achieve safe, efficient and auditable operations and wide ranging experience of brown field re-developments from design and construction through to commissioning and operating phases.
• Formally assessed by Shell staff as OSC (On Scene Commander) and AEC (Area Emergency Coordinator). Permit To Work coordinator / signatory, Job Hazard Analysis, Waste Management, Norm & H2S experience, Manpower planning and staff development.
• Skilled in reviewing of instrument protective systems, HAZOP studies of safeguarding system and technical approval of major items of rotating and static equipment. Interfacing with contract technical services to produce Operational Procedures and Guidelines.
• Specialist skills in providing practical advice on HSE issues to all levels including field management in line with company policies and procedures.
• Confident leader, mentor and outcome focused. Very good team worker with excellent communication skills, and problem solving abilities. a good listener and achieve a high degree of trust from colleague and team, in a multi-discipline / multi-culture environment. In a continuously changing environment .
• Training Staff and Development ( assessment and verifying Tasks of Training Staff )

• Implemented First Line Operations initiatives in my area of responsibility resulting in a reduction of unscheduled deferment.
• Identified Oil gains/Opportunity via Production Optimization Initiatives (PTL produce the limit).
• Area focal point for development of Operating Manuals.
• Competency development of the National staff.
• Omar Field HSE Case Development focal point.
• AFPC Fields OE ( Operation Excellent ) team member .
