Primarily responsible for the acquisition of new business via the leadership development programme portfolio.
•I plan, direct and actively participate in the new business hunting for leadership development programs from amongst the Kuwait & GCC companies.

•Collaborate with the Regional Directors, Account Managers, the global Experiential Learning and Employee Engagement teams to ensure the product sales approach is consistent with the overall member strategy and maximizes The Conference Board's overall revenue potential.
•Maintain and enhance the organization's reputation and relationships with executives of non-associate member companies.
•Provide feedback and input from customers on the relevance, quality, value and timeliness of products and services. Other duties as assigned.
•Responsible for maintaining relationships after sale it is made to achieve consistent client retention.
•Recruit and direct external facilitators to ensure programs are delivered in a high quality and relevant to today's business environment and pertinent to the needs of the participants yielding high customer satisfaction rates.
