• To prepare ITP’s and Checklists.
• Monitoring all activities and materials of construction in accordance with the approved drawings and specifications.
• Reporting to Quality control manager on all quality issues.
• Reporting items of non-conformance to the Project Manager, corrective action / resolution of non-conformance.
• Preparation and submission of “Two Week Look Ahead Schedule” as per schedule “Q” requirements and Quality Monthly Report.
• Coordinating with client(SAPMT and ARAMCO PID) for clearing log book entries and closing NCR copies with proposed corrective actions.
• Follow up all quality functions as per approved quality records, inspection typical test plan, check list etc.
• Conduct inspection on all materials received at site and ensure materials to be used conforming to contract plans and specifications
• Carry out inspection certify all necessary inspections during various stages of site activities as per approved inspection and test plan.
• Keeping records on all quality inspections performed and ensures proper data entry onto the system and documents control.
• Conduct and preparation of Weekly QC meeting/Kick of meeting and discuss about Quality issues.
• Liaison with client to coordinate and assist in Client audits, surveillance, inspections and approvals.
• Follow up routine and additional site Inspections and Surveillance.
• Implementation of QA/QC activities including those of sub-contractors works in accordance with approved QCP /ITPs and Procedures, method statements and other contract documents.
• Issues Non-Conformance report(NCR) for any violation to the standards and method statements.
• Conducts inspections on ready mix concrete prior to client approval.
• Provide sufficient feedback to QA/QC Manager on the day to day quality issues.
• Preparation, Issue and follow up for successful closure of Project punch lists.
• Developing and maintaining the Project Quality Plan

• Carry out inspection & certify all necessary inspections during various stages of site activities as per IS: Codes (Indian standard).
• To ensure that all executions are carried out as per approved drawings and specification.
• Check that existing concrete (if any) has been properly scrabbled &concrete pouring place is clean.
• Checking for reinforcing and installation of form work as per drawing.
• Issues non-conformance report for any violation to the standards and method statements.
• Check that the rebar is free from rust, oil &installed as per drawing.
• Co- ordinate all concrete work (footing, ground slab, plinth beam, column, roof beam, roof slab).
• Earth work (Excavation, leveling site & fill with selected excavated material, earth work support & compaction of fill materials &layer thickness).
• Check that existing concrete (if any) has been properly scrabbled & concrete pouring place is clean.
• The grout will be mixed in accordance with the manufactures instruction or in accordance with approved mix design, no extra water will be permitted.
• To Verify, inform, & advise to site engineer for any job defect / deficiency, in order
to initiate the required preventive or corrective actions.
• Inspecting form work of RCC work and making the arrangements to the requirements.
• Assist the QA/QC manager in over all quality control of the site, provide advises & suggestion to improve quality control at construction site &assist project manager to achieve the target with respect to quality issues&ISO 9001:2000.
• Preparation of Daily/weekly progress reports (Concrete pour card, RFI& approval concrete cube test, report mix design).
• Preparation of all documents related to inspections and attend inspections with the client for all activities of the site &ensure that it is as per latest approved drawings and get approval
