Recording measurements in time in the measurements book as per the procedure and as per IS standards
To perform material approvals by coordinating with senior officers for any clarification/ approvals
Inspection of all the Incoming Construction Materials at Site.
Perform the Field and Lab Tests to ensure of quality as per approved QAP.
Maintaining the Civil records and Submissions
(Pour card, Checklist, Internal & External Test Reports, etc., )
Guide and support subordinates in carrying out the tasks as planned; Seek support from and report to superior if required.
Planning, coordination and supervision of site works.
Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials.
Liaising with consultants, Planners, subcontractors, supervisors, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
Conduct regular meetings to review and monitor the quality of the work, behaviour (workers & supervisor), and adherence to the program's schedule.
Provide onsite engineering support during the construction phase, and propose construction methods for various site activities.
Team, client & stakeholder’s management Organization structure design.

Regularly inspect all incoming construction materials at the site and conduct field and lab tests to ensure quality as per the approved QAP. Keep civil records and submit necessary documents such as pour card, checklist, internal & external test reports, etc. Support and guide subordinates in carrying out their tasks, and report to superiors if necessary. Manage the team, clients, and stakeholders, and design the organization structure. Train and develop project management staff.
