• Furnish workers a place of employment free from hazardous conditions.
• Monitor and impose safety standards of the company.
• Enforce company site safety rules and regulations inside the work site.
• Carry out regular site safety inspections and reports and correct unsafe work practices and potential hazards.
• Review procedure for compliance with applicable laws and safety performance and accident trends.
• Reviews accident, injuries, and illness reports to detect problem areas related to employee safety.
• Prepare and maintain reports and documentation concerning the aspects of the safety program.
• Give complete job safety instructions to all engineers, foremen, and workers relating to the familiarization of their work environment hazards.
• Documents violations through notes, checklists, and photographs.
• Attend in the weekly progress meeting by the client and HSE minutes of meeting by the consultant.
• Prepare and submit Monthly HSE Statistical Report.
• Prepare and review Job Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessment.
• Inspects, issued, approved, and monitor devices, equipments, and site regulated permits.
• Perform weekly Health and Safety walk-around inspection and meeting with the consultant.
• Conduct safety induction for staff, in-house training/refresher course with regards to safety awareness.
• Conduct weekly toolbox meeting for all workers.

•Worked as a Safety Officer with URC Construction (P) Ltd, Nasik at Gamesa wind turbines
Currently working with MAN Enterprise-Qatar as safety officer in HSE (Health Safety and Environment) Department from June 18, 2014.
