members corresponding Instrument, Electrical, DG Operators, Diesel Technician,
HVAC Specialist, and Fire Alarm Technicians, Plumber, carpentry Ensure that all
maintenance activities are carried out safely and according to HSE statutory
regulations, the Company Safety Management System, and procedures
Periodic and sample inspections of working practices are required and current
competence in this aspect must be identified and maintained by the post-holder
Acting as the single point of contact for the client, their appointed facilities
managers, and the end-users of the maintained equipment

Ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out safely and in accordance Company Safety Management System and procedures
Responsible to ensure operation of the station’s CMMS Computerized Maintenance System
Monitor and control maintenance operations in order to maximize revenue and minimize expenditure ensuring that this is accomplished within the requirements of Legislative and Company requirements
PM preventive maintenance plans and to arrange CM corrective maintenance activities as per requirement
Create and update Maintenance procedure related to planning, Procurement documents reviewing cost estimates for new call-offs, contracts provided by tenderers and contractor
Permit to work PTW/EPTW, Cold work/ hot work Permit System and risk assessment for all kind of operation
Plans and schedules any Routine Maintenance work required performs maintenance and repairs on facilities including Mechanical, Electrical, fire alarm system and extras
Ensure compliance with Operating Procedures and Guidelines within the Asset to ensure Process Safety, Operational Safety, and Plant Integrity.
Resolves daily problems with scheduling, safety, labor, and equipment issues in the execution of area maintenance.
Plan and prepare engineering principles and techniques to the solution of equipment, buildings and infrastructure, Oil & Gas Industry.
Electrical Installation and inspection certification as per BS7671 17TH Edition wiring regulation as well NEC, NFPA
Review and inspected completed installations and observe operations to ensure conformance to project design/ CAD
Implement HSE procedures and processes to achieve a “Accident & Incident” free environment.
Track expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance.
Maintain all machinery to ensure it’s at working standards.
