Initial screening for applications as per the role profile.
Liaising with the recruitment manager to arrange interviews for the candidates who got the required English level or higher, and help the recruitment manager to choose the panel members if required.
Working on new issued and renewal of local staff contracts.
Supporting execution of Performance Management for assigned staff.

Preparing Loan, HR and Bank Letters.
Administer, invigilate and supervise Students and candidates sitting for various Examinations administered by British Council Examinations unit in Egypt ensuring that exams are held according to the relevant UK exam board and BC requirements and code of conduct. Following all relevant standards & procedures, based on training and reference materials provided by the British Council Examinations Services and the relevant Exam Boards.
Providing administrative and financial support for the effective delivery of products and services through British Council Egypt’s Programmes, include Society, Creativity, Education and English as delegated by the Programmes Management Team.
Handling the work schedules for the invigilators according to British Council policy and the invigilators skills and knowledge, Following all relevant standards & procedures, based on training and reference materials provided by the British Council Examinations Services and the relevant Exam Boards.
Preparing the weekly report on the performance of the department.
Receiving all clients call related to the brand and directing all requests to the right sales /support person and reporting timely responses on all requests.
Assisting the brand manager in preparation of reports related to the brand.
Maintaining an efficient filling system for the department.
Preparing a client mailing list contains all the data (contact person, mobile number, email, landlines, address, and brand).
Ordering, organizing and maintaining files, gathering, reviewing, maintaining and assisting the preparation of reports, forms records, supporting documentation and other information needed in the support of delegated administrative responsibilities.
Preparing training courses, conferences, workshops and seminars.
Responsible for the travel arrangements and logistics.
Providing secretarial support to the General Manager.
Ordering, organizing and maintaining files, gathering, reviewing, maintaining and assisting the preparation of reports, forms records, supporting documentation and other information needed in the support of delegated administrative responsibilities.
