Handling all kind of customer requests assigned on ServiceNow/Ivanti (Heat). • Provides analysis of problems while working toward solutions to technical issues. • Document technical architectures that could be clearly understood and immediately used by developers to construct code and unit test, including policy and presentations. • Participate in the full software development life cycle: Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing, Training, and Operational Support. • Provide thought leadership and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-customer success is achieved. • Provide mentoring and training to peers and other colleagues within our organization • Configuration/Customization and functionality checking within the development cycle of the ServiceNow /Ivanti (Heat) system including workflows
