Attending the user calls related to Network, OS and System problems.

Implementing, Managing, and Maintaining Microsoft Windows Server 2000/2003 Network Infrastructure.
Maintaining Windows 2000/2003 Resources and file level securities in both server and client setups.
Installing, Configuring & Administering Windows vista, 2003/ 2000, XP, NT, 98, MAC OS 10, 9 and 8.
Installing, Configuring & Troubleshooting network (LAN), Printers and Scanners.
Implementing, Managing and Maintaining Domains with Group Policies, Trusts and assigning Permissions to users.

Configured FTP Sites in CuteFTP for Data uploading & downloading.
