• Construction claims preparation and analysis, contract risk review and project recovery, dispute resolution, project controls, forensic schedule analysis, cause and effect determination, labor and productivity loss calculation, damage quantification, contract management, and risk analysis for a wide range of projects.

• Revay’s client base covers entire Canadian construction industry including government, public and private owners, engineering firms, lawyers, contractors and subcontractors.

A joint venture team of Flatiron-Graham built a new 255-kilometer (159-mile) transmission line connecting British Columbias Interior to the Lower Mainland for owner BC Hydro, a $400M design-build project. The new ILM Transmission Line runs between the Nicola Substation near Merritt (about 270 kilometers northeast of Vancouver) and the Meridian Substation near Vancouver in Coquitlam:

• Maintained project schedule, monitored project progress, and compared updates to baseline schedule to report monthly project progress to the owner.
• Compiled data and worked with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) required for project control reports and graphical presentations.
• Produced project control reports, trend analysis, forecasts, and cost projections and incorporated resource and/or cost loading data into schedules as required
• Interfaced with project managers, operational team, and subcontractors to obtain project executive plans, 4-week look ahead, discuss impact of work, and participate in corrective action proposals for timely completion of project.

• Assisted in construction plan and specification analysis (by studying project proposals) in order to interpret design/drawings of construction project and determine project requirements.
• Sales and technical support on all aspects of RST products as a leading manufacturer of geotechnical and structural instruments:
1. Prepared quotations for client’s RFQ (request for quotation) to ensure that most cost effective scenario is recommended for their approval (maintained accurate and up to date RFI logs and tracked responses).
2. Accepted purchase orders from clients, recorded and tracked orders in ERP (enterprise resource planning) software.
• Effectively and accurately communicated relevant project information to clients, production, and managers and acted as a liaison with subcontractors to ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner.
• Calculated monthly profit based on product margins and assured that growth targets are met.

• Reviewed engineering drawings and participated in field inspection work to track quality of construction work and assure conformity of design and shop drawings to contract details. (Roadway site plan/profiles, cross-sections, details, and sketches)
• Proficiently worked with AutoCAD and Civil 3D software.
• Collaborated on preparation, development, and finalization of project detailed design packages.
• Assisted project manager in subcontract management and coordination, issuance of project proposals, RFPs, preparation of bid submissions, tenders, quantity takeoffs and estimates, budgets, cash flows and preliminary schedules.
