1. Permit to Work (PTW) System Administration and Implementation
2. To maintain high levels of on-site safety awareness through the delivery of effective educational and training programs to all employees.
3. Carry out regular inspections to check that policies and procedures are being properly implemented and meet the requirements of the main enforcing authority.
4. On-site toolbox talk, preparation of attendance sheet, Site Observation sheet, weekly audit reports, Safety Log etc.

5. Hazard Identification, Evaluation and Control Facilities inspections,
6. Walk around, Audits and Technical integrity inspections of tools and equipment. Contractor HSE Management Audit, evaluation, and performance.
7. Document review for hazard identification - Job hazard analysis, HSE data analysis for identification of trends and suggestions for continuous improvement.

8. Investigation and Statistical Reporting
• Accident and Incident investigation. Coordination of Joint Investigation.
• Tracking the close out of Unsafe Act/Unsafe Condition/Near Miss action items.
• Tracking the close out of actions from HSE Audits and ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
• Near Miss reporting
• Monthly waste management

b. Provide safety Induction and take the crew for safety tour for all the newly arriving crew.
c. Ensure contractors follow safety health and environment requirements.
d. Identity safety hazards & recommended corrective action.
e. Conduct safety toolbox meeting.
f. Develop & update project safety and health plan.
g. Review & Audit of accident reports.
h. Establish emergency investigation.
i. Chair safety meeting.
j. Preparing of safety reports, training programs, emergency procedure & drills exercise lectures on safety matters etc.
k. Selection and training of Fire & Safety Personal.
l. Organizing filing system as monitor records or carry out as per KOC work permit system.
m. Maintain and update of safety records of all section individuals.
n. Keeping the correspondence with all the departments and making of schedules and arranging the safety meeting.


o. Activity involved in the quality activities of the department.
p. Safety inspections on the construction site pointing in contractors about the descriptions noted & advise immediate remedial measures.
q. Ensure correct loading & unloading procedures.
r. Conducting safety awareness training and precautionary methods for the personnel in the carpentry shop, mechanical shop, fabrication yards, construction sites, crane, compressors, generators, heavy plant vehicles & hazards area.

3. Carry out regular inspections to check that policies and procedures are being properly implemented and meet the requirements of the main enforcing authority.
4. Duties include outlining safe operational procedures, which identify all relevant hazards, and accurately assessing risks.
5. Carry out investigations of incidents, liaise with relevant authorities and produce reports and recommendations, which are monitored.
6. Keep records of their findings and produce reports suggesting improvements.
7. To help maintain effective working relations between the Company, its clients and its sub-contractors.
8. To maintain a safe on-site working environment through the proactive enforcement of safety regulations
9. To investigate breaches of safety regulations and produce appropriate reports as required by the Company and client procedures.

2) Carrying out Job Safety Analysis for critical activities.
3) Inspection of work site and ensure the compliance to permit to work system.
4) Conducting safety training of the company employees.
5) Submitting daily and monthly safety report to the client.
6) Ensuring all safety systems are place as per client expectation and requirement.
7) Conducting daily safety toolbox meeting on various safety subjects.
8) Conduct periodical inspection on vehicle, equipment, machinery, tools & tackles, firefighting facilities etc. and maintain update register for all.
9) Daily ways maintain MSDS details.

11) Heat stroke Safety precaution.
