• Supervising and monitoring as a team leader to confirm the progress with quality as per approved shop drawing, method of statement with project engineer & sub-contractors.
• Follow up with site engineers of Contractor and/or subcontractor to ensure that work is being carried out as per design drawings, specifications & meeting planned dates in Schedule.
• Follow up with client engineer to make approval of all shop drawing.
• Check & Coordinate drawings prepared by engineers/draftsman and submit to client for approval.
• Co-ordinate with client & consultant engineers to get approval for any changes at site & prepare shop drawing & as built drawing for the same.
• Guide and supervise team of site engineers and lead them to solve site technical and non technical issues.
• Attend progress review meeting weekly and monthly with client and follow up the minutes of meeting.
• Coordinating with procurement department & supplier for materials purchasing & submittal as per project approved MAS.
• Co-coordinating with procurement personnel for material procurement activities.
• Co-ordinate with MEP team to accelerate the progress & to avoid any re-works.
• Coordinate QA/QC activities with multi-discipline engineers (Elec., Mech., Civil and Arch.)
• Conduct final inspections for all civil and finishing activities (Painting, Tiles, Granite, Fire Fighting sealant application, Gypsum and block work walls, infrastructure utilities and Roads work) before final hand over of project
• Coordinate and attend meeting with construction and MEP teams providing inputs to QA/QC activities.
• Ensure full implementation, monitoring, and checking of the approved Method Statement, Inspection and Test Plan as interfaced to the Clients/Consultants requirements
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections with QC team to ensure work and material quality comply with agreed standards and approved material submittals and samples.
• Prepare method of statement and materials approval sheet as per specification.
• Made bar bending schedule as per drawing and specification.
B.Sc. in Civil Engineering
