Project: Hail and Ghasha.
1.Project Planning & Coordination
Prepare project execution plans, method statements, schedules, and resource plans.
Review IFC drawings, designs, BOQs, and technical specifications.
Coordinate with consultants, authorities, and internal teams for approvals.
Ensure all NOCs, permits, and mobilization approvals are obtained before work starts.
2.Site Execution & Supervision
Lead daily civil engineering activities at site.
Supervise structural works, foundations, precast works, trenches, buildings, and external works.
Ensure compliance with schedules, standards, ADNOC specifications, and HSE rules.
Conduct inspections, resolve site issues, and monitor progress.
3.Project Expertise
Coordinate with MEP, electrical, and utility teams for integrated execution.
Manage civil-electrical interface works effectively.
Quality Assurance & HSE Compliance
Implement QA/QC procedures, ITPs, and checklists.
Ensure strict adherence to ADNOC HSE standards.
Support audits, inspections, and corrective actions.
4.Documentation & Reporting
Prepare daily/weekly progress, cost, and material reports.
Support IPCs, variations, and project close-out documents.
Maintain records of inspections, site instructions, RFIs, and approvals.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Participate in progress meetings and provide updates.
