Inspection of installation and testing and commissioning of various Systems like Guest Room Management System, Lighting Control System, Emergency Lighting System, BMS System, Earthing, Lightning Protection System, Structured Cabling, Security Systems, Fire Alarm System, AV System and Fire Suppression Systems.
Expedition of Installation, Termination & Testing for ATS, MCC, MDB, SMDB, DB, RMU & Switch Gears.
Inspection of High level, Wall & Screed Conduiting.
Conducting Functional Test, Live & Cold Test, ELCB Test, CPC Test, and Earthing/Lightning Protection System Test.
Inspection of materials as per approved Material Technical Submittal.
Follow up of Client and Customer Comments.
Review and monitor Contractor’s procedures/practices for health and safety.
Inspect site conditions prior to start of construction activities and verify the compatibility of the site with the
designed permanent works.
Review Quality Control Report (QCR) for particular area/system as per contractor’s request prior to handover to the client.
Review RFIs received from Contractors and make recommendations on resolution.
Assists with the inspection of completed works, Help to prepare punch lists and Monitor the startup, testing, commissioning and handover of the works.
Building inspections, snagging and de-snagging works to be carried out according to the schedule followed by the recorded corrective actions.
Preparation of Snag-list and Inspection of De-snagging works by manual & snagging software.
Follow up of building maintenance works according to work requests within the stipulated time frame and closing the work requests and child work orders with accurate closing information.
Monitor contractor’s progress on site and preparation of work progress reports for the client.
Ensure all contractors are effectively managed and reduce the number of repeated service requests.
MEP Co-ordinations & Installations, Witnessing testing of Panels & Switch Gears.
Issue Field/Site Observation Reports & Non Conformity Reports with relevant pictures/technical aspects of the project against Non-Standard practice of works and usage of un-approved materials.
Review/Comment the prepared Shop Drawings with respect to the approved Design Drawings and the Coordinated Standards.
Record changes on site and Review as-built drawings/ submissions.
Monitor the daily activities at site with respect to the prepared Daily Report and control the quality of works and authenticity of the approved materials being used at site.
Conduct Progress Meetings in line with the recorded data from site reports & correspondences with Stock Holders.
Handling CCTV System, Access Control System, and SMATV system, Parking Guidance & Parking Management System, Structured Cabling System, Automatic Gate/Barrier System and Telecom with respect to PABX Avaya/NEC/Panasonic system & LAN cabling installation, PC Hardware & software installation.
Designing, installation and commissioning of Fiber Optic Cable Networks.
Responsible for Site survey, Preparation of BOQ and Fiber optic cable Test reports.
Know networking topologies and networking concept, Basic switch and router configuration and the concept of bridging and switching, Understanding of bridging and switching concept of IP addressing and subnetting and LAN technologies.
Tested confidentiality, integrity and authentication of information systems
