Projects Execution
•To get comprehensive comprehension of all projects and programs of HHRD ongoing in the regions so that successful execution can be ensured as RM will be responsible for implementation of all projects in the region
•To understand the Annual and projects’ plans of and draw an integrated execution strategy
•To communicate DCs/FCs for further execution and supervision of projects at district level
•Also get understanding of reporting data base for real time reporting of projects staff
•To ensure the expense of activates as per approved amounts for DOs and projects staff.
Field Visits
•To manage purposeful visits of all districts on regular basis and will spend as per need in each district for smooth execution and keeping staff on track
•To support DC and field staff for effective and efficient execution of projects’ endeavors as per work plan and also guide DC for district level coordination
Progress sharing
•To keep eye on plan Vs achieved activities through reporting database
•To prepare progress report through database and consultation of DOs to share with HH Pak Office monthly and quarterly basis
Coordination/networking for image building of HHRD
•To develop strong relation with community elders, beneficiaries, line departments and academia etc. for necessary coordination and image building/recognition of HHRD
•Also ensure visibility and standard documentation at regional and districts level so that overall impression of HHRD can be enhanced.
Self-Development and capacity building
•To study and learn the new trends related to regional set up, execution and monitoring of projects and programs
•To attend trainings relate to RM work Capacity building of DCs and projects staff for their professional development and association with vision mission and values of HHRD
Head of Implementation Unit mainly responsible for overall implementation of planned activities well in time with the effective coordination in 36 districts of Pakistan.
Below are some key performance indicators;.
• Ensure field team to complete their tasks within time line.
• Coordinate and support Social Organizers and Field Assistants in program implementation
• Effective communication through emails, phone, SMS and verbal.
• Ensure data management at cluster level.
• Develop activities implementation reports and ensuring of timely submission of reports to head office-USA.
• Follow-up need base visit to the clusters for monitoring and check the progress of field team progress.
• Reporting to donors
• Preparation of Annual Report for Donors.
• Provide all type of operational support from HO for timely implementation of activities.
• Budget Control at HO.
• Present progress in Quarterly/Mid Year and Annual meetings.
• Coordination with relevant stakeholders at country office level.
