• Vendor Management
• Store Management
• ROS Plant, Production of Water, Purcahses, Laboratory Tests etc etc
• Construction / Renovation
• Any Kind of Repair & Maintenance i.e. Building, Vehicles, Generators, ACs, Chiller etc
• Receipt of Goods along with G.R. Note from Purchase Department
• Getting the goods approved by the intending department.
• Issue of goods to the consuming department or return of rejected goods to the department.
• Proper record keeping of Stores Receipts, Issues and Balance of each item.
• Physical inventory taking on regular basis.
• Preparation of inventory sheets and assisting the internal/external auditor regarding their own stock taking.
• All above assignment regarding Raw Material stores and Finished Goods stock as well.
• Timely shipments of goods to customer according to the Customer’s schedule on daily basis.
• Any other job assigned by the Management
