Centrally Managing Inventory of whole group;
Includes;
• Monthly closing of inventory transactions with coordination of stock keepers, after include physical stock take
• Generate Inter Module Reconciliation of Stock, Consumption and Purchases with GL & AP modules of ERP
• Maintaining setups of ERP, which includes activation of Sub Inventories, Locators & item Coding as well
• Maintain slow moving stock ratios and coordinate with Purchase & marketing dept to declare the stock as leftover or to get utilized the remaining stock in upcoming orders
• Maintain leftover stock and finalize report for MD review for sale or destroy decisions of stock
• Visit all the stores of whole group on regular basis to avoid stocking issues and audit queries as well
• Monitor allocation of stocks from purchasing hub to other stores according to production plan
• Coordinate with production staff in of stock issues
• Monitor and follow up timely transactions in purchase & inventory modules of ERP system
• Reconcile Raw Material consumption with production data, to ensure data completeness & accuracy
• Coordinate with ICT technical team for resolution of system & reporting issues
• Resolve data queries & bugs with the coordination of technical staff, if needed as COST WORKER issues of ERP
• Generate MIS reports by using BI (Business Intelligence) and some other excel based reports
• Generate especial required reports for Top management (MD & GM Finance)

Special Assignments;
Implement ORACLE ERP Purchase & Inventory modules
Includes;
• Submission of AS IS to consultants for business & working procedure overviews
• To synchronize system arrange meetings of consultants with marketing, procurement & store stake holders
• System & reports UAT, being power user of Purchase Inventory
• Arrange on hand training sessions for system awareness to users
• Design working SOPs of purchase & store for Manager Finance to sketch them into policy
• Arrange data for consultants to upload purchase & inventory data as,
o Opening stock balances for Inventory Module
o Item Coding Structure for inventory Module
o Supplier history for AP Module
o Working Purchase Requisitions for Purchase module
o Working Purchase Orders for Purchase module
• Personally involved in report designing & Management with consultants for effective reporting section
• Reconciliation of Uploaded ERP data with legacy system to avoid data issues in future
• Looking after SHMA - SCM user management at group level

• Successful Implantation of ORACLE ERP Purchase & Inventory Modules at group level in six months
• Successful implementation of Sidat Hyder Morsheed Associates - SCM in 2007
• Replace manual working & registers from software and Introduce ERP culture in whole group
