1 Developed Company's Websites

• Worked as a Web team lead and developed both English and Urdu Websites of the company while coordinating with the designers, developers & Marketing team to achieve the timelines.
• Successfully developed the online portal for the Employees including the online documents, department or the company policies & official forms etc.

2 Merimen (Online Claims Web portal)

• Worked as a leader of this project and successfully deployed the Online Claims Portal in almost 8 different divisions and 15 Surveyors of the company in Pakistan.
• Coordinated with all the internal users and upper management of the company for their needs and requirements and asked the Vendor or a technical team for any new development.
• The branch and division users were given the same interface of the portal to create the paperless environment and it was also successfully deployed at the Surveyor end.
• Tested the Portal in the Test environment first and successfully done its UAT with the help of internal branch users and implemented in the Live area later on after having the final approval by the management.
• Used the Master setups of the Portal to modify, add or remove the data as per the users and management needs and requirements.

3 Premia ERP Application:
• Worked as a Manager ERP application.
• Managed the Company's Client Portfolio in the application from the backend and frontend channel.
• Successfully worked on all the Master setups of the Premia application while using the frontend and backend channels included all the modification tasks. Also involved in giving support to all branch and division users.
• Worked on the data cleansing activity project with the Internal Auditors and Sales team to ensure the integrity of the data (Wrongly created, uploaded, entered or duplication etc)
• Successfully done the Data Migration activity from one interface of the application GIS (General Information system) to another Premia for almost 9 divisions of the company. The task was to migrate all the customers, garages, surveyors, agents, suppliers, hospitals and policies related data in the core Premia application.
• Successfully done the different Training sessions, In house trainings and UAT for the internal branch and division users.
• Defined and uploaded the agency commission rates in the application through backend decided by the management.
• Leading the Quality Assurance team to verify the Patches, Scripts and Procedures including Functional Testing if any changes done in forms level. Coordinated with the Vendor (3i Infotech) also for the Issues resolution and if any change or modification required by management.
