Perform monthly short dated checks.
Maintain accuracy of all counts and ensure authenticity of all information.
Maintain log of all records and update all requisitions to ensure efficient cost transfers.
Assist to maintain stock at appropriate location in warehouse and rotate stock to remove all old stock.
Prepare spreadsheet for all shipments and maintain appropriate documents for all warehouse equipments.
Prepare stock status reports and perform physical inventory counts and maintain count of all merchandise and prepare reports for all shortages.
Maintain inventory of all office records and sales orders and compare current inventory and evaluate all stock to ensure absence of all discrepancies.
Train all employees to efficiently manage all inventory tasks and perform all establish procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities
Receives merchandise. Checks and signs delivery slips. Assists with unloading as necessary.
2. Unpacks merchandise. Verifies the quality and quantity of items against supporting documents. Accepts or returns merchandise according to established procedures. Calculates prices according to guidelines. Affixes bar codes, prices, and security tags as necessary.
3. Completes different forms and prepares documents. Maintains files.
4. Organizes distribution and shipping of merchandise. Makes necessary verifications against documents, prepares the merchandise and moves to the appropriate area. Handles customer pick-ups.
5. Contacts resource people for various information. Contacts transport companies and suppliers in order to expedite, trace or return merchandise that does not conform to specifications or purchase orders.
6. Does minor hardware and software installation (such as: CD-ROM - modem - adding memory to computer) . Arranges for complex or on-site installation.
7. Participates in taking inventory. Maintains storage area, organizes and places stock on shelves. Ensures area is secure at all times.
8. Collects coins and takes meter readings from coin and card operated equipment. Corrects minor malfunctions.
9. Keeps a petty cash and pays transport charges.
