Responsibilities :

As Piping Engineer Position

• Review specifications concerning piping, valves, fittings & mechanical works
• Routing lines, Constructing Piping Plans, Equipment location plan, and Isometric drawings.
• Ensure that the piping is Code compliant, Free from Flange Leakage and Equipment Nozzle
• Familiar working according to API, ASME, ASTM, as per application & the approved specifications
Damage.
• Fabrication, erection, inspection, testing various piping system as per isometrics and GA
drawings.
• Issue the piping MTO according to the approved drawings & specs
• Preparing piping safety instruction sheets with the required calculations for pipe wall thickness,
Maximum allowable operating pressure (MAOP), and test pressure.
• Knowledge of Industry Piping Design codes, Pipe Fitting codes, flange codes and Valve codes
• Installation of piping systems, tanks and steel structures by using Plan, Isometric drawings and
P& IDs.
• Supervise all mechanical/piping construction activities to ensure all the works are carried out as
per project specification and schedule
• Carried out loading of various types of Catalyst used in Ammonia / Fertilizer Plants
• Closely follow the Test-Packs & Preparing punch list of piping systems and ensuring clearing
those points in consultation with client engineers.
• To understand Project specific requirements & to ensure its implementation
• proficient in Stress Analysis of Piping with Applicable Codes and Standards.
• Coordinating all documentation and correspondences with client.

PROJECT:

testing, and chemical flushing.
• Executed QA/QC inspections for firefighting systems including hydro testing, flushing, and final
acceptance checks.
• Inspected plumbing systems (water supply & drainage), ensuring compliance with project
specifications and international codes (UPC/IPC).
• Managed ITP implementation, ensuring all inspections were carried out as per approved
procedures.
• Prepared and submitted WIR/MIR, ensuring proper documentation and approval workflow.
• Monitored site activities and ensured quality compliance during installation phases.
• Prepared weekly/monthly QA/QC reports, including inspection status and NCR tracking.
• Coordinated with consultants and third-party inspectors for approvals and testing activities.
