• Management of entire Administration related activities of the Organization.
• To handle AP market for the principal company, which include MBO's and exclusive retail outlets.
• Independently responsible for marketing the products in every nook and cranny of Andhra Pradesh. Touring the entire state for marketing and business development.
• To Manage and interact with colleagues within the company, handling a team of 6 in office & 16-stores staff
• Regular interaction with vendors for feedback, product development, competitor monitoring, branding.
• Maintaining and monitoring the Company inventory and dispatches.
• Responsible for effective analysis and distillation of data for inventory management across the stores in coordination with the store Manager and warehouse mangers. Compile and analyze sales and merchandise reports in Retail Spy software & Excel
• sales forecast for the territory as per the company's targets, and achieving the same, by motivating our team and support staff.
• Ensure periodical stock reconciliations
• Identify cost effective purchasing alternatives by reviewing existing rates and always obtain best pricing.
• Coordinating with the sales team and Getting all Accounts receivables timely and by helping principals to get required statutory forms, from the customers in coordination with all departments.
• Collating information on competitors' activities periodically in the given territory and reporting to the principals Business head and ASM - Sales.
• Interact with the company's principal/branch offices with regard to the promotion related activities. Coordination with Head Office
• Management and maintenance of company, stores, staff, grooming, targets, etc ..
• Monitor and drive the sales team to achieve the targets set.
• To manage and service key large format accounts and vendors like Centrals, brand factory, coupons, RS bros, etc
• Insurance & AMC's of Company & stores.
• Preparation of different kind of MIS reports.
• Timely submission of all reports to the principal and the government departments, as per the suggested timelines and requirement.
• Manage the Ad Campaign for the principal organization and closely interact with the Advertising Agency on a regular basis
• Banking -monitoring the accounts on daily basis, for smooth flow of funds, and ensuring time finance management.
• Liaison with various government authorities for statutory compliance, like monthly sales tax returns filing, sales tax audit, filing of TDS returns monthly/quaterly, IT returns half yearly/annually and any liasoning works as and when where required with any department.
