Responsible for collecting the company receivables as per the companies systems and policies
• Speaks and behave in a professional manner with staff, customers, service people, etc. at all times.
• Take initiative to fulfill typical responsibilities and take direction from the general manager regarding additional duties, setting priorities
• Participate in company business meetings.
• Provide input on employees work progress.
• Encourage staff’s independence and pro-social behavior.
• Make quick decision in a smooth way
• Recruiting the staffs and give them training.
• Lead a small group or large group activity of the workers.
• Visit other companies; attend conferences, etc. to find innovative ideas & share new ideas with staff.
•Responsible for the care of personnel records, including the coordination of vacation time.
• Focusing on bank transaction, invoices preparation etc.
