Preparing Monthly Valuation, Variation and final accounts
 Checking of BOQs, Tender and Contract Documents prepared by Design Consultants.
 Analysis the Changes of drawings & Subcontracts payment applications based on actual progress of/C work.
 Field visits to evaluate and certify the quantity of work done before any certification of Subcontractors and
supplier payments.
 Update the Subcontractors payments Certificates, invoices, drawing details & preserve the tracking sheet for all
Sub Contractor payment applications.
 Review and collects WIR, MIR, MS, ITP, MAR and Shop drawings for Payment Certification supporting document.
 Attend various types of meetings (Internal and external meetings) such as contractual & Progress meeting with
consultant and sub-contractors.
 Performs any other related duties related to commercial / Contractual Task as assigned.
 Preparing materiel requirement and ensure subcontractors bills for payments

Reporting To : Planning Manager, Estimation Manager & Tender Coordination Manager
(Highways, Bridges & Tunnels, Oil & Gas, High Raised Buildings & Towers, Stadiums and Mega Budget Projects of Urban Development - Vertical & Horizontal)

 Project Planning With Oracle Primavera, Calculating and Forecasting the Resources, Cost, Material, Plant and Labour for Tender Programme
 Preparing the WBS (Work Break Schedule) as per the Company EPS (Earn per Schedule) Methodology
 Forecasting the Construction Flows and Economical Flow
 Tender Planning, Scheduling, Resource Loading & Computerized Project Control
 Preparing Master Time Schedule and Resource Planning for Tendering
 Generate Progress S-Curves, Quantity Curves and Preparing Progress Forecast
 Preparation of Weekly Report, Monthly Progress Report and other reports as and when required
 Prepare Presentations, Schedule Charts, Diagrams, Histograms for Tender Presentation

 Check and Evaluate Subcontractor Supplier Monthly Payment Certificates and Preparation of Payment Bills
 Pricing the Variation to Client & Preparation of Monthly Commercial Reports

 Maintaining and Updating Daily Monitoring Sheets
 Providing Technical Solutions and Improvement
 Organising the Labour Time Table and Distributing the Works as per Construction Program
 Asses the Plant and Material at Site & Calculating the Labour Salary and Overtime payments
