Prepare HR-related letters, forms and other documents such as employment letters, service/experience letters, to whom it may concern etc. to government ministries and organizations, consulates, embassies, banks, police departments etc. in Arabic and English.

Prepare new hires contracts for staff, full faculty, adjuncts and special contracts by using different templates according to grade, nationality and type of contract (staff or faculty).
Processed medical insurance applications and sent all the information required to issue medical cards for new hires, existing employees’ families and cancellation applications for leavers to the insurance company.
Worked closely with the Visa and Housing Specialist and assist with the paper work such as preparing immigration letters.
Trained to input purchasing requisition in the banner system.
Keeping record of meeting minutes by documenting it in a special meeting template.
Prepare and maintain employee personnel files including filing.
Dealing with other HR employees in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, internal clients including Senior Management and external clients. All employees in the HR team.
