Recruiting and Selection
• Maintain organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counselling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
• Maintain database of resumes, Job offers and negotiations.
• Responsible for recommending suitable candidates and agreeing on the hiring process with HR manager.
• Assist in creating and implementing recruitment policies and procedures, designing and implementing new forms, tests, systems and procedures to facilitate and improve recruitment process
• Responsible for conducting and managing job interviews for managerial, director and senior job positions.
• Meeting with department managers to develop specific recruiting plans
• Participate in annual recruiting budget in order to ensure adherence to the budget throughout the year
Organization Development
• Supervise human resources processes to ensure efficient operations for the University.
• Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
• Identify, develop and implement improvements in Human Resource Information System processes and procedures
• Provide feedback and recommendations to HR Manager in order to improve the policies, process and services.
• Prepare, update, analyse organization chart and headcount plans
• Handle job analysis process, job evaluation, writing job description.
• Assist in developing and administrating human resources programs and policies including staffing, compensation, benefits, employee relations and training
Performance Management
• Assist in monitoring and leveraging performance results to recommend improvements.
• Assist managers and supervisors in observing and maintaining performance standards and provide advice and support in correcting performance problems
• Assist in creating Key Performance Indicators based on the objectives in order to measure employees’ performance
• Assist in designing performance management strategies, processes, programs, tools and templates
Compensation & Benefits
• Assist in maintaining a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations.
• Responsible for negotiating pay and salary rates in coordination with the HR Manager, and providing offers to selected candidates, briefing them on their main duties, salary and other benefits.
Employee Relations
• Assist in guiding managers and employees on the implementation of HR policies and processes
• Assist in investigating and evaluating employee's complaints and arguments.
• Coordinate and resolve various issues with bank accounts
