To scope all scaffolding requirements for maintenance construction project and shutdown work. Implement work method statements and risk assessments and procedure checklist prepared by scaffolding subcontractor and ensure that all field activities were carried out to the main clients scheduling in compliance with HSE requirements Also the Insulation job has to carry on jobs for fabrication and lagging jobs also maintenance, repair of all lines, boiler, Hp Heaters etc.
Scheduling works on site evaluating manpower and material requirements writing and implementing Method Statements and JSA (Job Safety Analysis) Tool Box Talks and setting up Training / safety programs and oversee all training ensuring all scaffolds built to BS; 5973.
