● Research and preparation of all conflict checks, KYC, and risk assessment documentation for new clients;
● Preparation of draft Engagement letters;
● Inputting fee earner time records, creation of WIP and financial reports, and preparation of invoices;
● Preparation of expense claims;
● Arranging business travel and accommodation including preparation and submission of visa applications; and
● Creating business cards in both English and Arabic.

Providing support on Business Development activities including:

● Creation and maintenance of client contact databases and event lists;
● Event management including venue sourcing, invitations, event set up, attendee registration, greeting. Also assisting with event follow-up including arranging internal post-brief meetings and communications to attendees through CRM program; and
● PowerPoint presentations for internal and external seminars and pitches.
● Acted as main BD point of contact in relation to Women in Business networking initiative, and Employment benefits Seminar which involved liaising with external partners such as DIFC personnel.

Providing research and logistical support to fee earners:

● Researching and summarizing the process of the establishment of new companies both on the mainland and in the DIFC including attending and liaising with the Department of Economic Development and the DIFC Authority;
● Conducting research and preparation of summary for client on adding activities to trade licenses, proving step-by-step support to client;
● Arranging attestation of Power of Attorney document; and
● Preparation of written translation of documents from English to Arabic, and from Arabic to English such as trade licenses, court documents and legal agreements as well as arranging external translation of complex and/or lengthy documents.
