• Install and project manage HVAC applications (chillers, cooling towers, pumps, AHU’s); ensuring maximum levels of system performance and customer satisfaction are achieved
• Maximise availability & performance of HVAC equipment across the Region
• Monitoring fleet maintenance, delivery standards and service performance
• Assist with power generation equipment and projects
• Plan and organise continuous product and application training to Sales & Service personnel.
• Promote safe working practices on site in line with standard QHSE policy.
• Liase and deal directly with clients at all levels when required
• Troubleshoot’ at installations on customer sites.
• Set and manage the optimum levels of spare parts for the HVAC fleet

Planning maintenance for 12 sites, including Shopping malls, Schools, commercial towers etc.
Handling a team of supervisors and technicians to carry out preventive and predictive maintenance of all the sites .
Design and execution of minor jobs (less than one million QAR) .

• Designing and Installation of Mechanical: Plumbing, Irrigation, HVAC and Firefighting services.
• Co-ordination of Mechanical services with civil work, Electrical work and other Subcontractors.
• Preparation of proper material submittals for the Mechanical: Plumbing, Irrigation, HVAC and Firefighting services.
• Controlling the execution of works by scheduling the works for the completion of project in time.
• Preparation of complete material requirement of the project and assisting the Project Manager and Procurement department for proper and in time material delivery.
• Co-ordination and meeting with the consultants, clients, sub contractors and Government Authorities.

 Served as an engineer in the production department.
 Responsible for the preparation of shift wise report of the production.
 Responsible for achieving maximum amount production with best quality.
 Responsible for accurate working of the machines.
