As an IMS Team member, assumes a dynamic part in the
development, implementation, coordination, documentation
and monitoring of the Food Safety systems.
● Manages and supervises site sanitation crew to ensure hygiene
and sanitation in the facility.
• Investigate and resolve various regulatory queries and issues.
● Promote development of food safety attitude in the facility
through continuous training and evaluation
U.AE.
• Guide safe food manufacturing activities in the facility by
ensuring compliance of standards and local body regulations.
• Respond to various customer complaints on non- conformities
and work together with management to reduce complaints.
• Supervise final product microbiological, chemical and sensory
sampling.
• Conduct training for staff on food safety and hygiene
