• Maintain external relationships with banking and insurance executives outside of the organization
• Ensure all bank reconciliation and cash management processes are maintained and are robust
• Research technical accounting issues for compliance
• Support month-end and year-end close process
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
• Create monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts
• Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports
• Manage & comply with local, state and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
• Assist the accounting department with financial information and forms for tax compliance needs
• Closely scrutinize funds transfer and cash disbursement protocols within the organization
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
• Suggest updates and improvements for accounting systems, including payroll and invoicing
• Create systems to prevent errors in data collection and calculations

• Managing, Analyzing and reporting to General Manager and Board Members on: Key performance indicators, business risks, business objectives, influences on past and future performance
• Responsible for the financial planning & management of company
• Monitoring on the Key Financial / Balance Sheet Ratios and taking appropriate measure to maintain as per standard
• Managing the financial day to day operational aspects of company
• Key indicating reports to Operational Head of Department
• Responsible for oversight and tracking of annual budgets
• Expenditure tracking, operational budgets and long range financial planning
• Implementing of new corporate financial procedures to ensure best practice
• Measuring financial risks
• Annual External Audits and closures of Book of Accounts
• Ensuring compliance on the Internal Audits

• Financial Books closing on periodic basis like, Monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly and Annually
• Monitoring & complying on Delegation of Authority (DOA) as set by MHRIL Standards
• Monitoring & complying on the Hotel SOP’s.
• Monitoring strict control on the Fixed Assets movement and periodic review of the same
• Ensuring full Compliance on Internal & Statutory Auditory process
• MOR (Monthly Operational Report) - P&L, Trial Balance and Dept. P&L.
• Preparation of Annual Budgeting and presenting the same to Higher Management with recommendations
• Monitoring on Revenue & Expenses Variance Analysis on periodic basis and taking the appropriate steps towards the business goal.
• Projection / Forecast / Estimates of Revenue & Expenses monthly
• Review and Analysis of Food Cost, Guest Utilization etc
