Part of strategy planning team driving key corporate strategy projects including market development, business operations and R&D. Responsible for providing strategic support for new business initiatives, conducting management controls and business reviews.
• Enable effective execution of strategic initiatives (internal, partnership and external projects) from inception to closure by ensuring timelines, costs, scope, risks and stakeholders across functions are managed
• Single point of contact for conducting monthly business reviews and communicating outcomes/action items to stakeholders by developing MIS reports, performance dashboards and executive presentations
• Facilitate annual and 5 year business forecasting exercises and ensure priority based budget allocation (Opex and Capex) - including revenue and margin forecasts from new and existing products

• Update leadership by preparing periodic reports of industry trends, competition insights, regulatory environment, economic scenario and new emerging technologies
• Facilitate planning process by data analyzing and presenting MIS reports including product & segment profitability, financial performance, and other operating parameters to regional leadership

PP&L responsibility for market intelligence services in India. Cater primarily to FMCG customers. Engage as a trusted partner with client to deliver actionable research insights on markets, customer & competition thus empowering them to develop new products, win contracts and devise strategic growth plans.

Responsible for business development of agribusiness SBU within CPG vertical. Involved in account planning and presales activity formulating RFP responses and developing solid solutions answering client’s business needs.

• Lead team for development of technology based tobacco leaf procurement system for a tobacco major
