Devising and implementing Schemes / Promotional Activities for new product launch.
Ensuring visibility of products in the stores, good execution of Promotions, distribution management, focusing on new stores.

Preparing New Marketing Plan, Discuss with Marketing Head & MD.
Preparing Sales Target for ASM’s and analysis Target V/S Achievement.
Work on Trade Marks & Registration, Payments & Dues.
Handling Customer Complain, enquiry and contact the people directly.
Check & update Distributor Advance Security, Payment, and Discrepancies and follow up with ASM’s.
Check & update of milk stop supply for distributor v/s Legal Action to be taken.

Open new Booths, franchisees, Kiosks & IC’s.
