• Introducing Integrated Facility Management Services (IFM) to corporate.
• Understanding a client's need and accordingly providing the IFM Services.
• Conducting a Site Survey, to share estimate on Housekeeping deployment,
Housekeeping Material & Equipment etc.
• Keep a touch with facility Manager/ supervisor & service operation manager to
ensure services are being renders to client without any hassle.
• Suggesting a client other office related services like, Employee Transportation,
Pantry Services, Event Management, HVAC- AMC, Electrical Panel- AMC, Carpet
Shampooing, office Stationary, etc
• Connecting with property owners for Assets Management Contracts.
• To be a single point of contact for clients
