Rahul is responsible for driving overall growth and digital strategy for Leoforce, a US-based HR Tech solution provider, leading demand generation, product positioning & strategy, digital strategy, performance marketing, partner and affiliate programs, content development, content marketing & SEO strategy.
Xpress Money is the global remittance arm of UAE Exchange with a presence in over 170 countries. Rahul led global digital marketing for Xpress Money and global marketing for UAE Exchange/Unimoni Online Money Transfer, managing annual budgets of USD 5-6 MM. Search, aggregators, affiliates, social and referrals were channels used to drive growth, supported by automated engagement/gamification campaigns, to drive, usage, retention, and activation. Radio and outdoor ads/activations were used to drive brand awareness and consideration.
H&R Block is one of the largest tax service providers in the world. Reporting to the MD of India, Rahul led marketing for H&R Block in India, where the focus was to rapidly scale digital tax filing services for Indians and NRIs, US tax filing services for US citizens in India, and GST tax services for SMEs. As a Head of Marketing, Rahul, managed brand communication, digital client acquisition, customer experience & retention.
Magma is one of the largest diversified non-banking finance companies in India that provides asset-backed finance, insurance, and mortgage solutions. Reporting to the VP Marketing, Rahul’s role entailed, developing the digital direct sourcing model for ABF Loans and Insurance, running direct response campaigns, and digitally enabling the retail distribution channels. He managed a small team, OEM/Dealer relationships, and digital agencies.
Operating out of the Global Marketing Centre of Excellence in Bangalore, Rahul reported to the Global Head of Digital Marketing in France. He managed a 14-member COE team, supporting APAC and GCC country digital teams in the execution of digital strategy and aligning regional digital plans, with market segment plans.
SOAIS is a start-up, providing Oracle Peoplesoft, and SAAS payroll software/outsourcing solutions. Rahul helped develop the product roadmap for Paybooks, a leading SAAS payroll software in India, led growth by managing the annual marketing & events calendar, managed RFP/RFQ responses and oversaw all brand collaterals.
ICICI Securities is among the largest security trading and investment banking firms in India. Rahul managed a private banking client base, with the responsibility of growing the AUM, managing client KYCs, leading client servicing, and ensuring all AML/Compliance client obligations were met.
Working out of the eastern HQ, Rahul was mapped to the personal loan department, where he was responsible for enabling the channel sales force, maintaining daily and monthly booking run rates, liaising with credit teams, Chennai HQ and assisting the regional SMs with local BTL activations across the eastern region.
