1) Preparation of Preliminary estimation, Budget estimation, Detailed estimation with rate analysis and administration.
2) Visiting site / attending pre-bid meetings.

2) Calculation of heat loads, preparation of cost estimates, basis of design, time schedules, cover letters including qualifications, commercial terms and conditions, etc.
3) Preparation of tender presentations including project summary, cost estimates, technical and commercial risks etc. for management approval.
4) Liaising with clients, engineers and all involved departments during tender stage for tender clarifications, ensuring cost effectiveness in compliance with the client’s requirements.
5) Investigating and evaluating optimal technical and commercial solutions with sub-contractors and suppliers.
6) Participating in site visits and perform site supervision.
