Responsible for managing life cycle of projects from Initiation to Closure for Global cyber security operations to improve cyber security maturity level.
Responsible for managing the life cycle of projects from architectural design through customer and customer service turnover. Responsible for the development and execution of an implementation plan that articulates the role of EMC in the delivery of the designed solution. Ensures implementation of activities is coordinated with EMC talent and Partner Resources. Acts as primary interface to the customer, vendor and all EMC personnel associated with the engagement. Maintains awareness of trends, business conditions and internal processes and practices impacting project/program deliverables.

•Analysing as well as understanding customer and partner needs; responsible for responding to their issues, investigating solutions as well as coordinating responses from appropriate teams.
•Representing Change Management Meetings and following the Customers Defined Change management Process
•Interviewing new resources for the process and for the queue.
•Contributing towards process Goals and Targets.
•Conduct Monthly KPI Metrics review with IT Leadership. Reviewing major outages, problems and other KPI’s
•Identify improvement areas and start Action Items for required groups. Evaluate KPI’s and perform enhancements
•Assisting in identifying training needs and providing training within a group.
•Monitoring performances of Associates and providing feedback.
•Assisting new Supervisors in establishing themselves.
•Custsomer education on product use and tools to improve self service and IT efficiency.
•Working close with software packaging and other teams.
•Involved in OAT / UAT testing.
•Large Scale rollout of patches, software to approx 80000+ machines across UK. Build and Subscription packs testing. First level SCCM housekeeping.
•Liaison with in-house software development departments and 3rd party suppliers.
•Spearhead initiatives and lead exercises to improve awareness around quality parameters and the different dimensions encompassed by Quality.
•Produce/Utilize/Interpret data/MI depicting current performance trends etc and utilize this to better performance.
•Timely interaction with clients to update them about the latest developments in the process
