Duties Performed

• Timely execution of site work schedule to achieve the target both in Sub Structure and Super Structure.
• In Sub Structure Pilling:
 Pile Cap
 Pile Head Treatment
 Tie Beam
 Neck Column
 Back filling
 Raft work
• Super Structure:
 Slab Concrete
 Column & Beam Shuttering
 Reinforcement, Post Tension
 Doka shuttering & Block work
 Plastering work.

• Prepare the checklist for the consultant inspection.
• Maintain the record of site concrete lab.
• Prepare monthly quality report.
• Maintain the high quality of the work being done.
• Estimate the quantity of materials according to the further needs in the site.
• Verification of incoming materials at the site as per approved BOQ&quality plan.
• Briefing the sub-contractors, foremen regarding the work to be executed.
• Responsible for day to day work done & also checking the executed work as per the drawing.
• Forecast amount of work to be executed and hence plan the work.
• Checking the steel reinforcement work.
• Supervise the RCC and slab concrete work.
