• Month end financial closing review, Segment P&L reporting, Contract administration, Backlog burning plan formalization
• Portfolio risk review and analysis of change control analysis.

• Lead project controlling activity as a Global project controller of Kolkata Metro project. Preparing complex financial report including cost studies, cost structure analysis, Project cost S-Curve, Monthly analysis based on project earned value basis.
• Preparation and consolidation of budget & cash flow schedules of four legal entities of ASTS involved in the project, reducing the data retrieval time and OPEX
Oversaw finance controlling & project controlling activity of E-BOP based power projects including tax impacts. Responsibility includes planning, Controlling & Monitoring with reporting for global performance of 6 mega power projects.
• Consolidated financial statements and processes for project closure operations of 6 projects, together revenue amounting INR 5, 000 Million
• Streamlined budget and strategic plans for reduction of indirect tax liability.
• Decreased turnaround time on inventory to billing from 16 days to 7 days in 8 months. Hence cash collection period also reduced by 8 days.
• Controlling & reporting of project financial data including management dashboard for 6 projects
Oversaw project controlling activity of 8 projects Including both technology based process automation (CRM) projects and basic switchyard projects.
• Performed generation and reporting of monthly MIS, Order Cost Controlling report, POC report, and Debtors Report at BU level, revenue recognition & their transformation to Sales invoices (CST, VAT & Service Invoices), receivable and payable management
• Responsibility includes Cost center analysis, Man hours analysis, identification of financial risk & opportunity assessments
