* Vertical and horizontal growth of the company, i.e. adding up more
distributors, maintaining and increasing the sales figure.
* Highly focus on direct and channel sales and achieving the monthly
sales targets
* Developing sales strategies and setting sales targets for
individual and the team as a whole
* Monitoring the team's performance and motivating them to
reach the sales targets
* Prepare sales forecasts, sales reports, sales budget
* Generating leads through the different mediums and tools and
followup the leads
* Establishing, maintaining and expanding the retail shop and
customer base
* Keeping up to date with products and keeping eye on
competitors and market movement
* Execute and maintain the product display in every channel.
* Marketing, promoting and branding the products traditionally and
through digital mediums and platforms
* Compiling and analysing sales figures and reporting to senior sales
manager
