• Receiving Quotations from customers and processing them.
• Receiving Purchase orders from buyers, Order processing, Sales order creation.
• Process Customer Orders in SAP.
• Co-ordination with Logistics for invoicing and sharing dispatch details with customers.
• Keeping close eyes on in- transit shipments andtracking shipments on the regular basis.
• Providing day to day report on the orders to client.
• Creating reports on the ageing orders and work onreducing the same.
• Providing inputs (POD, Dispatch Details and OrderStatus) to AR Team on Disputed Invoices.
• Preparing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and maintaining trackers etc.
• Back-order tracking under close co-ordination with Supply Chain.
