• 7.5 years of experience in IT industry including 4.5 years of experience in administration and troubleshooting of various Infrastructure fault management, Devops and ITSM tools like IBM Netcool/OMNIBUS, Grafana, Influx DB, BMC remedy, Service now.
• Responsible to provide Solutions for various monitoring tools implementation and integration, Team leading, technical analytical, problem-solving and identifying, analyzing, tracking and managing customer and application data flow issues throughout a monitoring system. Also involved in defining, documenting, and articulating functional scope.
• Excellent experience of handling multi technology project.
• Expertise in Tivoli Netcool Omnibus, Tivoli Netcool Impact, Tivoli Common Reporting and Tivoli Integrated Portal, Grafana, Influx DB, BMC Remedy.
• Proficient in Installation, Configuration and Administration of various Network and Application monitoring tools like IBM Tivoli (ITNM, ITM, Omnibus), Grafana, InfluxDB, telegraf etc.
• Demonstrated abilities in generating healthy relationship with Internal & External Departments and maximizing service deliveries to client.
• Experience in shell scripting to automate Server status, to check CPU, Ping of the server, Top.

CURRENT ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:-
• Taking daily DMH (daily meeting Hurdle) call with the team. Where we discuss about all the issue related to server Health check and the story on which team is working.
• Developing script like omnibus backup impact backup, script related to do for the monitoring, Ping status, Opsgenie configured.
• Develop new rule files according to the situation requirement.
• Probes on which I worked ( EIF, Mttrapd, Ping, email)
• Co-ordinate with IBM PMR team if any critical issue on which client need early resolution.
• Setting a process to handle tickets on priority basis.
• Taking retrospective call with client every Friday where we discuss what we did and what is plan of next week on different issue. (Basically we follow the agile methodology).
• Web GUI upgrade, Probe migration, Probe and class decommissioned.
• Handled scrum call and sprint review call on daily basis.
• User addition or deletion based on the group.
• We are migrating to Grafana monitoring as per requirement from user so also I am part of migration activity and having exposure on complete grafana setup like Grafana installation, Prometheus, influx DB & telegraf installation, data source connection, dashboard and panel creation, monitoring on Grafana.

OLD ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:-
• Ems integration with Netcool Probe for Various Types of CORBA and SNMP Probes.
• Rule file and Properties file changes in production environment as per customer requirements.
• Alarm related analysis like no alarm generation from the client devices, delay in Alarm reporting, Node mismatch, some correlation and enrichment related issue, failed auto ticketing cases etc.
• Proactive Monitoring of Netcool Infra like Mount point management, CPU & memory utilization, EMS heartbeat alarm, JBDC and SNMP gateways and monitoring of Netcool Critical Process. Automated Ticket Clearance issue with respect to alarm.
• Probe restart through Process Agent as well as Manually during EMS Activity.
• Impact Switching from Primary to secondary during any critical issue. Tool, filter creation, basic changes in trigger.
• Basic Understanding of Telecom Infrastructure.
• Installation and configuration of Netcool Component on different Platforms (Linux, Windows-2012R2).
